Privacy notice

What we collect

• Requests sent through the form: your name, phone number, town, what you describe, and the page you sent it from.
• Calls to the ad phone number: the calling number, the date and time, how long the call lasted, and whether it was answered. It is a Wildlife Line number that forwards calls to AquaText Inc. Calls are not recorded.
• Basic site data: standard server logs kept by our hosting provider. We don't run advertising trackers.
• Spam check: pages with the request form load Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser to tell people from bots.

Who receives it

• AquaText Inc., this site's advertiser and an IDNR-permitted wildlife control operator, so they can contact you about your request. AquaText Inc. keeps its own copy under its own practices.
• Service providers that run the site, the phone line and email delivery for us, only to provide those services.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with any other company.

Calls and texts

By sending a request, you agree that AquaText Inc. may call or text you about that request. We don't send marketing messages, and you can tell them to stop at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep a log of each request and call for 24 months so we can answer questions about it. After 24 months it is deleted from the log. Copies of requests also arrive in our email inbox and stay there until we delete them. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete it from the log and from our email. Our advertiser's fee doesn't depend on it.
